What types of appliances do you repair?
We offer a call-out repair service for washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, dishwashers, electric cookers, ovens, extractor hoods and hobs.
We also carry out workshop repairs at our Exeter premises. Items such as coffee machines, microwave ovens, spin dryers, vacuum cleaners, laundry equipment, garden equipment, commercial cleaning machines, catering equipment and many small appliances can be brought into our shop for inspection, an estimate or repair.
What makes of appliance do you repair?
We repair most makes of domestic and commercial appliances. Some of the brands we regularly work on include Sage, Amica, Indesit, Bosch, Candy, Bush, Electrolux, Zanussi, Neff, Bendix, LG, Hoover, Servis, Hotpoint, Samsung, Sharp, Smeg, Beko, Gorenje, Siemens and Whirlpool.
If your appliance make is not listed, please contact us. In most cases, we will still be able to help.
Which areas do you cover?
Our appliance repair call-out service covers Exeter and the surrounding areas, generally within approximately five miles of the city.

How much do you charge for an appliance repair call-out?
For addresses in Exeter, our call-out charge is £49. This includes visiting your property, diagnosing the fault and providing an estimate for the repair.
If parts need to be ordered, there is no additional call-out charge for us to return and fit them. Labour is charged at £49, plus the cost of any replacement parts required.
Call-out charges for areas outside Exeter vary depending on distance. Please call us or use our contact form for a price.

I am a landlord. Can you invoice me for repairs?
Absolutely. We regularly work with landlords, letting agents and property managers throughout Exeter.
We can arrange repairs at tenanted properties and invoice you directly. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Are your appliance engineers insured?
Yes. Our engineers are fully insured and DBS checked. C & D Appliances is also a member of the Devon Trading Standards Buy With Confidence scheme, giving our customers additional reassurance when choosing us for an appliance repair.
